No CP01A or any other forms has been sent to me about this.
Tax identity theft is separate from other forms of identity theft. If you have not spoken to the IRS about identity theft (as I guess you haven't with no CP01A)., then you do not have an IP PIN (Identity Protection Pin).
You will not get an IP PIN until you convince the IRS that you need one - https://www.irs.gov/identity-theft-fraud-scams/get-an-identity-protection-pin
You can file your return without a PIN if you have not been issued one.
