My daughter is 22 and earned $2046 in 2016. Doe she need to file taxes on her own or can i still claim her?

You can still claim her as your dependent. The income amount a full time student under age 24 does not matter. She made less than $6,300 and is not required to file but she can to recover any withholding. Be sure that if she files a return it is checked that she can be claimed as a dependent on someone's return.

Yes she is full time student and did live all year at home.
