My daughter's iTIN is expired. I would like to file return along with daughter's application for ITIN

TurboTax does not handle ITIN. Please see this answer from LinaJ2018.

You cannot apply for an ITIN through TurboTax unfortunately. You will have to file a Form W-7 separately to obtain the identification number. 

As you cannot e-file your tax return without a SSN or ITIN, here are the steps how you submit your taxes and apply for ITIN simultaneously with TurboTax program:

-In the program, as you enter the information, leave the SSN space blank

-After entering all your information, print out returns and required forms ( write APPLIED in the SSN space) 

-As TurboTax does not support the Form W-7, fill out the forms by following

IRS ITIN and attach to other required  documentation
