Question

My dependant earned $662 but no federal taxes were withheld on the w2. Should she file a return or should her income be added to mine?

No, your dependant does not have to file a tax return and you do not add her income to yours.

Didn't you see our answers on your first post?  Or didn't you understand them?  We might need to explain it better.
