Did you use the non-filer site to get a stimulus check?

Did you use the IRS website to register for the stimulus payment as a non-filer?  If so, a 2019 tax return was filed with your name and Social Security number.

See this TurboTax support FAQ on how to proceed if this is your situation - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-topics/help/stimulus-how-to-file-your-return-after-getting-reject-r0000-902-01/01/1602609

If the above was not your situation, then the IRS has received another tax return with your SS number entered as either a dependent or as the taxpayer.  Your tax return will have to be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for printing a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...

The TurboTax account fees paid are for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return.  The account fees are the same whether the tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.
