My e-filing was rejected asking for form 8962 ACA info. I have been on Medicare for 10 years, how do I correct this?

If you did not purchase a policy from the marketplace there should not be a form 8962.

That would be an issue with the IRS, not TurboTax. The only way to resolve the issue would be to call the IRS or mail the tax return in. The IRS number is 1-800-929-1040, but it will be hard to get the matter resolved that way. It would probably be eaiser to simply mail your return in. If you indicate in the File section of TurboTax that you are going to mail your return in, there should be instructions printed out telling you where to mail it. Make sure you sign the return and attach W-2 forms if any, and also other tax forms that list federal taxes withheld.
