I had my efile rejected by IRS.  Somehow IRS could not identify me.  I entered my 2019 AGI (line 7 on Form 1040).  I entered PINS that I used in previous years.  I entered my drivers license and wife's drivers license info.  So all the information I entered was correct.  Not knowing why it was rejected, I sent the efile again to IRS.  Let's see what happens.  James Kolari    [email address removed]

If it rejected for the AGI.  (by the way the 2019 AGI is on 1040 line 8b)

When did you file 2019? If it was late in the year or you mailed it, try putting in zero for the AGI. And see, https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/rejections/help/what-if-i-entered-the-correct-agi-and-i-m-still-getting-an-e-file-reject/00/27031

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
