You don't need to add the letters at the end of your EIN.

Here's how to enter your EIN in TurboTax:

Federal > Click Edit/Add under your Self-employed Incomes and Expenses line item > Click Edit on the line item of your business > Click Edit in the General Info Section > Click Edit in Payments and Identification Section > Select I have my own EIN, enter and save.
