My employee was in another state and used uber to go meet a customer. Is that consider an automobile expense.

My employee used uber to meet a customer is considered an automobile expense.

    If you reimbursed your employee or paid for them to use Uber that would be a transportation expense or Other Miscellanous.  If you list it as a vehicle expense, it will ask for the vehicle details which you will not have.
