My employer did not withhold my FICA taxes, how do I pay these taxes by myself directly?

Please help me to pay my taxes.

My employer did not withhold my FICA taxes and there are NO amounts for box 3, 4, 5 and 6 on my W-2.

I asked the employer to get corrected W-2 but they refused to issue it.

And they just told me that they will going to handle their taxes and I need to pay my social security tax and medicare tax by myself.

How do I pay FICA taxes directly by myself?

Did you get a W2 or was it a 1099Misc?

It's W-2 not 1099-MISC.
