Question

My employer sent me 2 different W-2's, should i upload both of them? Neither say they are a W2C (or corrected W2), they both appear as a normal W2, with different income.

Yes, you will want to upload both of them if neither are marked corrected and they contain different information. This can happen if your employer switched ownership, payroll providers, if you worked at different locations, or other internal processes. 

 

If Boxes 1-14 are the same and it is only the state and local information that is different in Boxes 15-20, then you would only upload it once and make sure that all the state and local information is on the one W-2 in the TurboTax system.
