My employer won't provide me my W-2 or EIN #. However I got my Transcripts feomthe IRS, yet they only have the last 4 digital of the EIN# Can I file taxes without my EIN?

You can file a substitute W-2, IRS Form 4852 using the information you have for your income and from the Wage and Income transcript from the IRS.  The Form 4852 can be filed without entering the employer's EIN.
