"Single head of household" is not a thing.
"Single" means you are considered unmarried according to state law. Sounds like no.
For "head of household" you must have lived apart from your spouse for at least all of the last 6 months of the tax year, and provide care in your home for at least one other qualifying person (usually your child), and pay more than half the household expenses of that home.
