My exwife pays for my life ins. but my court order does not say for it to be inclueded as alimony payment.do i need to include her this as part of my aliomony income?

No, if it is not specifically designated alimony, you do not include it as income.  Regardless, if you are the insured you personally get no benefit from having the policy.
