My father claimed me on his taxes after my mother did. I lived in my brothers house with him he greatly neglected me, my mother has always had legal custody. Who will win

If you lived with Dad (even in your brother's house) you would be Dad's dependent.

Sorry, where and with whom did you actually live in 2016?  When you say "win", who else might be trying to claim you as a dependent besides your father?

I put win because I ran out of character I mean whose taxes will I be finally claimed on and my mother is also trying to claim me . I lived in My oldest brothers home and my dad was living in the same household

If you lived with Dad (even in your brother's house) you would be Dad's dependent.

Or, you could be your brother's dependent, but only if your brother earned more money than your father and your father is going to allow your brother to claim you.

If you did not live with your mother, she can't claim you as a dependent even if she technically had legal custody.  The IRS goes by where you actually lived.
