My federal and state returns were completed online on a chromebook. How do I enter the license code I received with a purchased CD?

The license code is not for online software.   That code is only for  the use of desktop software---the CD/download.    You will need to talk to customer support to see what --if anything--they can do since you did not use the program you paid for when you paid for the CD/download.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
