Please tell us the rejection code or rejection message you are getting. If this is the first time you have ever filed a tax return, when it asks for your 2017 AGI use zero. Or is it something else?

If you did not file a 2017 tax return or filed the 2017 tax return late in 2018, then enter a 0 (zero) for the 2017 AGI. If the tax return is still rejected by the IRS then you will have to print and mail the 2018 tax return.
