My federal estimated tax tab dissapeared,how do I get it back?

I had entered the 2016 estimated payments made and removed them as I was trying different things. Now I want to go back and add them and the app lets me click on the tab but nothing happens. The federal estimates pages does not come up. I can see the state estimates page but not the federal.

Here are the steps to enter Estimated Tax Payments in your tax return:

Select the Federal Taxes tab (at top of program)
Select the Deductions & Credits (sub tab)
Scroll down the next page and select Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

For a shortcut, go to the Search box (upper right of program) and search "estimates paid", click the "Jump to" link.
