Your state return is automatically rejected when the Federal is rejected because information from the Federal flows to the state return.

When you are rejected, you are directed on what to fix.  Once you fix the errors, it is important to fun the Federal Review to ensure that all of your errors have been fixed.  Also, run the state review.

Try this:

Fix all of your errors on the Federal and the state.

Run Federal review

Run State Review

Then clear your Cookies, history then reboot your computer.

Here is how to clear your cookies

Run the Federal review one more time to ensure that you have no errors.  Then file.
