Did you report a 1099-DIV with Foreign Tax Paid in Box 7?  If so, did you go through the Foreign Tax Credit section to enter the amount of the Foreign Dividends you paid tax on?

In this section, the amount of Foreign Tax you entered on your 1099-DIV entry carried over; you just need to enter the amount of the Foreign Dividend.  You can select 'RIC' as the country in this case.

If this applies to you, click this link for info on How to Claim the Foreign Tax Credit.

If this does not resolve your error, you can request an Offline Review where a tax expert can view your return, which we can't see in this forum.

You can follow the instruction in this TurboTax FAQ here on how to locate your AGI. Then proceed to follow the instructions in this TurboTax FAQ to find out where to put your previous year's AGI on your current year's tax return. If your tax return is constantly getting rejected due to your AGI, you will need to print and mail your tax return. You can follow the directions in this TurboTax FAQ to do so.
