Question

My form 1095-A has 0s in all three columns for the last three months. Why won't Turbotax accept 0s? What do I do?

For any fields on your Form 1095-A which have zeros, please leave those blank when you enter it in TurboTax.  Please back space over them and be sure there are no 0s, decimals, or loose characters.

If most of the lines across are the same, you can use the blue copy previous month button to enter it again.

This should allow you to continue with the Health Insurance section.
