My Free Tax told me they didn't have the forms to file a K-1 1065. Does Turbo tax? If I have this can I still file for free?

To prepare a 1065, you need Turbotax Business. This is not the same as the personal program. The business program is available as a download to install on a PC (Mac not available). It is also available online, but the online options only include the more expensive assisted versions and not the DIY version.

Also note, 1065 partnership returns were due March 15, not April 15, unless you got an extension, and the penalty for late filing is $195 per month per partner. You can ask for a waiver if you have not owed a penalty before.
