To be a Georgia resident you have to have stayed in the state for 183 days or more during the 12 months from the date you started staying in Georgia.

Since you have not stayed in Georgia for the required number of days in 2022 you have to file a nonresident Georgia state tax return for tax year 2022.  You must report on the Georgia tax return all Georgia sourced income.

In the My Info section of the program you are asked for your state of residence, you would indicate Texas.  You are also asked if you made money in any other states, you answer Yes and choose Georgia as that state.  The program will have you complete a nonresident Georgia tax return.
