My husband and I are married, he has a few thousand dollars left in arrear child support. Is there a form I need to fill out like an injured spouse form for them to only take a part of the stimulus ch

Yes, that is what you would file. 

 

If you filed one for your 2019 tax return, your stimulus check should not be affected, although this is new territory.
