My husband decided to file his own taxes due to us having a arguement im trying to file my taxes.

If your husband filed as Married Filing Separately, then you will have to do the same. When you file as Married Filing Separately certain deductions are limited or removed and some deduction thresholds change so it would affect both of your returns there.
