Im doing taxes for first time with turbo tax. But husband is head of household and claims the kids on his income. Do i say yes that i support them? Should i start over and answer questions for my husband instead of me?

If he makes the most income and is claiming the kids, it's best for you guys to file married  filing jointly. He cannot claim you as a  dependent,  but he can claim your exemption. Unless you claim yourself on your W4/W2. Spouses are never  considered a dependent. As you answer the questions Turbo T automatically  calculates that in.

If you yourself still want to file  separately, you cannot claim yourself as an  exemption if he has. You can answer the question as yes if you do help support the kids, Turbo Tax will auto calculate everything for you. But only one person can claim the kids and your  exemption. Otherwise the tax return will be  rejected.
