Question

My husband is on Medicare and is also 100% covered by VA for health insurance. Why does turbotax keep asking about schedule hc worksheet?

Are you in MA?  If so, the Schedule HC is a form that everyone has to fill out. When you walk through that part of the state interview just select that he is on Medicare and Military Health Insurance.
