My husband worked in another state but did not live there how do I get past it wanting me to enter a county he lived in ?

Be sure when entering your spouse's personal information in the "My Info" section, that you have not indicated he lived in another state.

You will only need to indicate in the "Other State Income" topic, that he has income from another state. That should trigger a non-resident form.

Also, when you start that other state interview, it should give you an option to "Change Residency" if you need to get to a non-resident form.
