Sounds like you're in the wrong account.  Seems to be very common that people end up with multiple TurboTax accounts without realizing it.  You log into the wrong account and it wants you to start over from scratch. 

First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then:

Use this tool to see if you have multiple accounts for any email addresses you may have used:
https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/
