My IL State return keeps being rejected. I have tried multiple times to correct the issue with no luck. I receive Code IL 1040-8100-1. Can anyone help?

Description of error:
The Primary Taxpayer Prior Year AGI did not match the Prior Year AGI on the originally filed return. At least one of the following for the primary taxpayer must be present  IL-Pin, Prior Year AGI, or Drivers License/State ID Number.
Verify Your IL PIN at https://www.revenue.state. Make sure to enter all 8 digits

Verify your IL drivers license or state ID number is entered correctly. If it is your first year filing with IL, you will have to enter your IL Drivers License or state ID information. Enter each field exactly as it is on your IL Drivers License or state ID.  You may not use an out-of-state or expired drivers license. - You may need to print and mail your return if the reject continues after re-transmitting.
