My kids ITIN expired and I would need to renew it. Do I need to paper file my tax returns along with ITIN application?Can I paper file with turbotax ?

TurboTax doesn't include Form W-7, so follow these steps to fill out your W-7 on your own.

Download Form W-7 directly from the IRS, fill it in, and print it out (see these IRS instructions)
Complete your return as you normally would in TurboTax, but leave the applicant's Social Security number blank
When your return is finished and you get to the File section, select print and mail your return, as you won't be able to e-file it. Mail your return, W-7, and supporting documents to:
