Help you how?  Employers have until the end of January to send out W2's.  If they did not send yours, you can enter your information using your last paystub, then as you walk through the W2 entries, you will come to a screen asking if any of these uncommon situations apply.  On this screen you will check, "Didn't get a W-2".

You can then file form 4852, which TurboTax will walk you through after you check this box.

One last thing you can do is contact the IRS to report that they didn't give you a W2.

Go to the link below on the IRS web site for more details on what to do if you did not receive a W-2 from your employer. If you end up needing to file Form 4852, you can prepare it in TurboTax and it will be included in your tax return. You do not have to use the Form 4852 that the IRS sends you.
