Question

My marketplace health insurance form 1095-A has zeros for the last three months, since the coverage ended then. How do I get this accepted?

There was no spot to put in the coverage begin/end dates but it won't let me put in the zeros for those months.

The software does not like zeros. Leave those spaces blank instead.
