Question

My Missouri return say my SSA benefits do not match my federal, when I check it does match, The program will not let me file until it is corrected.

I cannot see your exact situation, but it is possible that you entered your gross Social Security benefits in the Missouri interview, rather than the taxable amount on the federal return.

As you may know nor more than 85% of your Social Security benefits are taxable, so when there is an adjustment to the Missouri return, it needs to be only the taxable SS amount, not the gross amount that was in box 5 on your SSA-1099.
