You can’t. At best, you may qualify on your 2020 tax return and have the stimulus payment added to your refund next year. Whatever you did with your amended tax returns will not be processed until after the stimulus payments are finished in July.

If your parents claimed you and your child incorrectly as dependents, why did you amend your tax return? Can you explain more what is going on? If you allowed yourself to be claimed as dependents on your amended tax return you don’t qualify this year anyway.
