If you have not yet changed your name with the Social Security administration, you must file your tax return using your former name.

If you have changed your name with the Social Security Administration and have a new SS card in our new name, you must file your tax with your new name.

You enter all your forms W-2 (including those with your former name) in your tax return. The IRS can identify you with your SSN.
