My North Carolina State taxes have been saying ready to be mailed out now for about a month why has sent it been sent if it's saying ready to be mailed out

TurboTax does not mail your tax returns for you. If you are mailing a tax return you have to print it, sign it in ink yourself, and mail it. You do not say why it was not e-filed. If you mailed your federal return you cannot e-file a state return. Or did you try to e-file the state and it was rejected? Return to your account and print it out.

You might have to click "add a state" to get back in to your account. You are not really adding a state--but that will let you in.
