My order info says payment completed but I still have not received federal and can't figure out why.
That means your TT fees have been paid. When you selected Pay with Refund, you agreed to let TT take its fees if your refund as delayed beyond a certain point. But TT notifies you of this first.
Go to the IRS Where's My Refund site to check on your tax refund.
