Question

My password keeps getting turned down, even after I changed it.

I filed my Federal return by email, sent in my check and it has been accepted.  However, I cannot seem to access my State returns (including my SD return).  I am due a refund from the state, but I owe the SD.  Need a voucher to send in with my check.

    To clarify, you are able to successfully change your password but when you go to log in, the system rejects the password?
