My payment to turbo tax says completed, but my taxes are still pending, how did turbo tax recieve payment when I haven't gotten my taxes?

When you file the return successfully and you choose to pay the fees from your fed refund the TT program considers the fee paid even though the fed refund has not been released. This is just like you using a credit card at the store ... you leave with a paid receipt even though you have not yet paid the CC bill.

, thank you. I just got really upset. Lol I have been waiting for my refund for over 100 days. I got a notice to NOT do anything at this time and still haven't received any kind of information or any refund.. ir my stimulus. The irs . I swear

Soon Intuit will invade your bank account and extract their fee.

They do send a warning email but many customers miss the notice.

Then you will be more upset.

They do not take it right away..they take it when your return goes through,at first it will say payment pending then it will say complete and that’s when you will receive your refund shortly after

that's a bunch of bull my status says it's been completed since April 4th it's May 17th and I still haven't got it

I got accepted 18 days ago and for about 5 days now my status has said payment complete.. is there any other last resort effort I can make or do I really just have to be patient and waste my days away waiting for the refund to be in my account?

My payment has been pending since feb 10th today it’s says a payment completed ? How long will it be until I get my refund ? I payed with refund and the where’s my refund website isn’t showing bars anymore 😑 wish I had some sort of answer to when I’m gonna receive my refund ....

Turbo Tax will not have a status on your refund. If the IRS website says processing, this means they are working on it. Please use this link to track your refund from the IRS

I just received the payment completed it’s been 22 days since I was accepted. How long after it said completed did you get yours? Wmr says still being processed 🙄

I got mine in 3 days but the IRS site still says accepted and it hasn’t moved yes so don’t go by that..I just looked and it my money was in my bank account

Thank you I’m really worried .. my unemployment has stopped and I just want to be able to support my family. It’s never taken this long to receive it I just wanted to hear some good news. Thank u so much. No updates on sbtpg either
