My payment to turbo tax says completed, but my taxes are still pending, how did turbo tax recieve payment when I haven't gotten my taxes?

My payment through Turbotax has been pending for almost 2 months then this morning it says completed. And my wmr had not updated yet. Does this mean I am getting my taxes soon? I chose to have their fees taken out of my refund

No, seeing the message does not mean your refund has been processed and released by the IRS.

When you file your tax return successfully and choose to pay your fees from your Federal refund, the TurboTax program considers the fee paid, even though the federal refund has not been released yet. This is why you see "Payment Completed."

Where’s My Refund? has the most up to date information available about your refund. The tool is updated daily (usually overnight) so you will just usually need to check once a day. For more on the timing of your refund please see this TurboTax FAQ.

But it just said the payment was completed this morning, it was pending for awhile, and it changed today to payment completed.

I file 2/12 Fed accepted 2/13 and state 2/14. Still no DDD and transcripts still say N/A. My payment updated to complete 3 days ago so hopefully that means I’ll get my money soon.

Hopefully I've said that for over 2 weeks now. Wmr says my info doesn't match their records also. Turbo tax messed up bad this year. Mine were accepted on 2/13 also and still no refund

I filed on 2/16 and still haven’t received my tax money. I tried to called the IRS but no support. Do anyone have a direct contact number?

The IRS is seriously backlogged due to all the new tax laws and extra stimulus filings, as well as unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown. In addition, the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable. But if TT told you that the IRS Accepted your efiling for processing, then the government has it. (Approved is a later step, but TT receives no further updates once a return is Accepted.) Unfortunately, contacting the IRS will not speed things up. Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient. Also see:
