Question

My previous account was used to file my daughter’s taxes. Mine were too complicated previously but are now easier. Can I use same account but zero out data?

It depends. If you're using TurboTax Online, no. If you try to use the same account that you've used to file your daughter's taxes, any new information you enter will override her return. It's best to start a new account if you need to do an additional return. Here's instructions on how to do so: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288574

If you're using a TurboTax CD or download, you can prepare up to 5 returns using the same product at no additional cost.
