My purchase of 2016 turbo tax is an illegible text file. What can I do?

Did you use Online TurboTax in 2016, and when you download/print the PDF, does it download as a .txt file?

 

If it ends in *.txt, rename it to remove the .txt extension and replace it with the .PDF extension.

 

If that doesn't solve it, try downloading it with a different browser.
