There are a couple of things I would suggest.  First check with your employer and make  sure they transmitted the correct social security number to the IRS and second, I would call the IRS just in case fraud is involved.  good luck

The IRS obtains the NameSocial Security Number, and Birth Date of individuals from the Social Security Department database. You will need to check with the Social Security Department to see what they have for your date of birth.  If it is incorrect, you need to have it corrected on their records. The correction does not automatically update the IRS records, so you should contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 and confirm you have taken steps to correct it.

You will need to mail in your Federal and State returns. You can change the filing option in the last steps of filing steps. When you print off the return the cover sheet will indicate where you mail your Federal and State returns.

When you mail in the returns you will need to attach a copy of your W-2's, 1099-R's and any other form that shows withholding. You are not required to mail in a copy of the Social Security Benefit Statement Form SSA-1099.  And be sure to sign your returns before putting them in the envelope.
