My refund was rejected saying "My date of birth didn't match IRS records" I've checked several times and everything looks correct

Print your return and file by mail. Don't forget to also mail your state returns.  

 

Then, make an appointment to visit your local social security office to ask them to check their database and verify their information.  That's where the IRS gets its copy of the SSN name and number database.  Either the SS database has an error, or it developed an error when transmitted to the IRS at the beginning of the filing season.   Even if you find and fix a problem, you will be unlikely able to e-file in time for the April 15 deadline.
