I submitted my return to turbotax on the 23rd. With other software the IRS accepts it within an hour or two. Turbotax has been sitting on it to "make sure everything is correct " for 3 days. Every time I call I get a different answer. Yesterday I was told to call back today and they would escalate it and push it through. Today they said they have no control. Never using turbotax ever again. Can I cancel and go with someone else!?
