Qualified business entities and individuals use Form 7205 to:
Calculate and claim the deduction under section 179D for qualifying energy efficient commercial building property placed in service during the tax year;
Identify yourself as a designer or the building owner;
Provide information on the person performing the certification; and
Provide information on the person completing the allocation.
If that does not apply to you, delete the form.
Sign in to TurboTax and open your return by selecting Continue or Pick up where you left off.
In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
Select Delete next to the form and follow the instructions.

But the problem is on row 27b, not the entire Schedule C, and thus I can't delete the Schedule C, but TurboTax won't allow me to delete the zero from the row 27b no matter how many times I tried. Even reboot the PC won't work.
Delete Form 7205 - not the Schedule C. You can delete the entry on the Schedule C Worksheet if you are using the desktop program. It is the last item on the worksheet. @NJPhil
