If problem persists, check recommended and minimum requirements for online and desktop versions from your particular type of system or computer/phone. 

 

Save your return or sign out if online. Clear you cache and cookies, then review and resubmit. 

 

Lastly, you could try rebooting your system after clearing cache and cookies.
