My return says printed yet I see a part that says I have to mail something back to the irs. Someone please help explain this to me

Did you complete the filing process and choose a filing method?   

When you log into your account, does the status at the Tax Home say "printed" or "ready to mail?"   If it mentions mailing, that means TurboTax thinks you plan to print, sign, and mail the return to the IRS.   If you chose that option to file the return, YOU have to do the mailing.  TurboTax does not mail it for you.

Is that what you wanted?   Did you choose to file by mail, or do you want to efile?
