Your Social Security number has likely been flagged as having Marketplace Insurance in 2024.
If so, you are required to file form 1095-A with your federal tax return.

You may request a copy of the form from: https://www.healthcare.gov/

You will need to call the Marketplace at 800-318-2596 to find out if they have you or one of your dependents listed as someone who had insurance through the Marketplace.  You will need to work with them to get it corrected if you nor anyone on your return ever had insurance through there.

Even if you personally did not have it, but a dependent on your return was covered by another parent, you would need to add the 1095-A and allocate the premium.  You can allocate 0% to you and the other parent can allocate 100%, but it would still need to be entered on your return.
